Fill the Box Raid Train - Quick Rules
📦 One buyer = one box. Label every box with the buyer’s name.
⚖️ 5 lb limit (80 oz) per box. Buyers pay shipping once for the entire box.
📝 Sell → Weigh → Record → Box. After each sale, weigh the item, add the ounces to the buyer’s tally, place it in their box, and announce the new total.
📦 Start every box at 8 oz to account for the box and packing materials.
🔔 Once a box reaches 64 oz (4 lbs), announce how many ounces remain before each new item and state the item's weight.
➕ If an item pushes the box over 80 oz, start a Box #2. Keep Box #1 open so the buyer can still use any remaining space.
⏰ Last 10 minutes: Focus on lightweight items only (paper, linens, jewelry, small collectibles) to help finish boxes.
