1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Raid Train Express ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Raid Train Express provides tools for scheduling, curating, and managing raid trains — collaborative live stream sequences on the Whatnot platform. The service includes web application features, Chrome extension tools, and related services.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable laws; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform; (d) use the Platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes; (e) transmit harmful code or content.

5. Subscription & Payments

Paid tiers are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds follow Stripe's standard policies. Add-ons are billed at purchase. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to display and process your content as needed to provide the service. The Platform's code, design, and branding are our intellectual property.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
