Contacts & Favorites

Contacts and favorites lists make it easy to build recurring train lineups and invite groups of sellers quickly.

Contacts

Contacts are users you’ve collaborated with or manually added. Your contact list:

• Shows verified Whatnot sellers with their badge
• Can be filtered by genre/category
• Is used as the source pool for Approval-based join policies (only your contacts can apply)

To add a contact, visit their profile and click Add Contact.

Favorites Lists

Favorites lists are named, genre-tagged groups of contacts you’ve curated. Examples:

• “Regular Coin Sellers”
• “Friday Night Crew”
• “Vintage Sellers”

You can create multiple lists and add any of your contacts to them.

Creating a List

Go to Contacts → Favorites and create a new list with a name and optional genre tag.

Adding People to a List

From a contact’s profile or your contacts list, add them to one or more favorites lists.

Bulk Inviting from a Favorites List

When creating a train (Step 4 — Invitations), select Invite from Favorites List. Choose a list and all members are invited in one click.

This is the fastest way to build a recurring lineup — set up your favorite sellers list once, then bulk-invite for every train.

Blocked Users

If you block a user, they cannot see your trains, apply to join, or interact with you on the platform. Blocking is bidirectional — you also won’t see their content.

Blocked users are filtered out of your contact lists and cannot appear in your train lineups.
