Ratings & Reputation
Ratings & Reputation
After a train completes, participants and organizers can rate each other. Ratings build your reputation and help the community identify great collaborators.
When Ratings Open
The rating window opens once a train is marked Completed. You’ll receive a notification prompting you to rate your experience.
Who Can Rate Whom
- Organizer → Participant: Rate any participant in your train.
- Participant → Organizer: Rate the organizer of the train.
- Participant → Participant: Peer ratings between participants (if enabled).
You cannot rate yourself. One rating per (rater, ratee, type) combination per train.
How to Rate
From the completed train page (or your notifications), open the rating panel and submit a 1–5 star rating. Ratings are anonymous to the recipient.
Viewing Ratings
Your aggregate rating appears on your public profile, along with:
- Average score across all rating types
- Per-type breakdown (as organizer, as participant)
- Total number of ratings received
Badges
If your average rating stays above 4.5 stars, you earn the High Rating badge on your profile. This is updated periodically as new ratings come in.
Analytics
If you’re on Pro or Ultimate, your analytics dashboard includes a rating distribution histogram and a log of recent ratings received.
