Request a Username Change

Need to change your username on Raid Train Express? Use the Support form and our team will review your request.

How to Submit the Request

1. Go to /support.
2. Enter your email address (required).
3. Enter your current username in the username field.
4. In the message field, include:
   • your current username
   • the new username you want
   • why you need the change
   • confirmation that the new username is your active account
5. Submit the form.

What Happens Next

• Your request is sent to the support team for review.
• If more details are needed, support will reply to the email address you provided.

Tips for Faster Approval

• Use an email address you can access.
• Include both your current and requested usernames exactly as they appear on your seller account.
• Add context (for example: rebrand, typo fix, or account migration).
